justmoney.com.au is a mortgage and finance broking business. We help people and small businesses with home loans, refinancing, investment loans, lo doc loans, commercial loans as well as vehicle leasing and equipment finance.

As mortgage brokers, our role is to work with you ... to help you decide which particular loan product is going to best meet your needs. And then to make the process of getting that loan as simple as possible.

We do not charge our customers, all income we receive is in the form of commissions paid by lenders after a loan is finalised - and as part of our processes we are fully transparent in disclosing this to you.

Because we are independent, we give our customers unbiased advice and work with them to find the loan that best suits them and saves them money.

More than just a loan.
justmoney.com.au are strongly committed to community development and social values. We make this commitment part of everything we do by donating 30% of our income to charity and community groups.

When you work with us, we'll ask you to nominate a charity or community group. We'll then donate 10% of the commission we earn from your loan to that charity or community group. We call this our justcommunity programme. It's a way that we can help support what matters to you and to contribute to a variety of worthwhile community groups and charitable causes.

We also support your preferred charity or community group when you tell your family, friends and other people about us. Our justcause programme rewards the charity or community group of your choice with a donation of 20% of the commission we earn from anyone you refer to us. As well as helping not for profit organisations generate additional income, it's also a way that anyone can make a diffence and help support what matters to them.

And there is no extra costs. Because we receive commissions from the lenders, we do not charge our customers for our services.
