How we work

With so many loan options available the prospect of finding one that works for you can be daunting. Our role is to help you find the home loan that works best for you. Whether you are purchasing your first home or you are an experienced property investor we can help you. With access to a variety of lenders, including all major banks, we are able to provide a number of loan options.

We provide you with an independent and flexible service; and we support you throughout the loan application, documentation and settlement process.

We can explain the differences in loan features. We help you to understand how various loans operate by providing detailed comparisons of how each loan’s rates and fees would ‘play out’ in your scenario.

We can meet with you at a time and place that works for you and become a single point of contact, working to make the process as easy for you as possible.

Once your loan has settled we provide ongoing support. You can call us anytime with any questions relating to your loan. We also conduct reviews of your loan to ensure you are able to access the most competitive products available ... helping you repay your loan as efficiently as possible. We'll walk you through each step of the process and answer any questions you have along the way. Simple.

We do not charge our customers for the services we provide, we receive a commission from the lender once a loan has settled.

Community Support
Once your loan settled and we have received our commission from the lender, we forward a share of the payment to your nominated charity or community group. We do this within seven days of receiving our commission, which can be some time after settlement has occurred.
