We provide you with an independent and flexible service. We support you throughout the loan application, documentation and settlement process.

We can explain the differences in loan features. We help you to understand how various loans operate by providing detailed comparisons of the rates and fees of each loan and how they would apply in your specific situation.

We can meet with you at a time and place that works for you and become a single point of contact, working to make the process as easy for you as possible.

Once your loan has settled we provide ongoing support. You can call us anytime with any questions relating to your loan. We also conduct reviews of your loan to ensure you are able to access the most competitive products available ... helping you repay your loan as efficiently as possible. We'll walk you through each step of the process and answer any questions you have along the way. Simple.

We do not charge for our services; we receive a commission from the lender once a loan has settled.

Community Support
Once your loan settled and we have received our commission from the lender, we forward a share of the payment to your nominated charity or community group. We do this within seven days of receiving the commission.
